Lunch @ Shin Kushiya (Vivo City)

Shin Kushiya is one of my favourite Japanese Restaurants & their BBQ sticks are a MUST to have! I love their BBQ Foie Gras but I did not have that today as it will be abit too heavy for me. It costs at only $9.90 for a stick of two pieces which is really cheap.

Carlifornia Roll - This taste very normal only.

Chawanmushi - It is smooth & have a strong taste of egg.

BBQ prime beef, Ebi, Shitake mushroom - I like the strong taste as they were well-marinated. For those who don't have a strong taste bud, might find it abit salty.

Swensen Ice-cream Cake (3 layered of different flavours)

I seldom buy ice-cream cake from Swensen & was surprised to know that they have one which consists of 3 flavours that appeared on each layer. It looks very pretty especially at the side. And of course, it taste nice! 

Vanilla, Strawberry & Chocolate flavours in one slice!

Watami Japanese Restaurant @ Junction 8

I only got to know this Japanese restaurant when I met up with my friend for a catch-up.

I simply fell in love with their sashimi! The salmon sashimi was so fresh! The scallops were so sweet! It was what I wanted! Their service was really good as they knelt down to take order from me which made me feel like in a SQ flight! Though most of their staff were Filipinos, their service were really up to standard. Sweet smiles, prompt service!

          

 

       Salmon Sashimi : Very fresh!

                                           

Scallops : Sweet!

Chicken Skewers : So so and portion is too big

Cheese Pancake : Don't really like the red ginger in it.

Soup : I love the sweet taste!
